CRMDMS Applications are enabled with concurrent user restrictions ie. only one Session per User at any given point in time. In case login error is faced while accessing the application, please wait for 15-20 minutes for the Improper logged out/ timed out session to get released in CRM or validate the User credentials / User status to ensure proper access of CRM Application.
